Together, we’ll find the perfect headpiece or accessory for your next special occasion — or even your future heirloom. This is your chance to explore customisations of existing styles from our collection, whether it’s choosing a new fabric, adding a veil, or adjusting combs to perfectly suit your hairline and face shape.

Details:

• 1 hour (Wednesdays & Saturdays only)
• $100 — redeemable on purchases over $300 made on the day or online within 3 months
• A glass of champagne and styling for up to 3 guests
• In my Woollahra home atelier (NSW, Australia).

All Velvet Hammer pieces are handmade to order, so your design will be crafted after your appointment and shipped within 1–8 weeks, depending on style and level of customisation.

A Few Things to Know:

• Please take care when handling our pieces during your appointment.
• All custom orders are final once approved and can’t be altered or cancelled.
• Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% of your redeemable credit is forfeited.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = full fee forfeited.
• Appointments are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date (within the above timeframes).
